On 5 December 2018, the draft Over the Counter Derivatives, Central Counterparties and Trade Repositories (Amendment, etc, and Transitional Provision) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 were published on legislation.gov.uk together with an explanatory memorandum. These Regulations contain minor amendments to the draft published on 22 October 2018, and have now been laid before Parliament.
