On 3 July 2018, there was published on the legislation.gov.uk website The European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (Commencement and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2018. The Regulations are the first to be made under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. The Regulations establish dates for the coming into force of certain provisions of the Act that did not come into force when it received Royal Assent on 26 June 2018.
