On 17 July 2023, the FCA updated the following webpages in relation to UK EMIR:
- UK EMIR notifications and exemptions: The webpage has been updated to include new text under the headings ‘Pension scheme arrangements: exemption from the clearing obligation’, ‘Temporary Intragroup Exemption Regime (TIGER) and Equivalence’ and “New TIGER applications’.
- Margin requirements for uncleared derivatives: The webpage has been updated to include new text under the heading ‘Temporary intragroup exemptions regime (TIGER)’.
- UK EMIR news: The webpage has been updated to include new text under ‘July 2023’, in relation to the extension to the pension fund clearing exemption and TIGER.
