Philosophy professor Stephen Kershnar sues SUNY-Fredonia for violation of his First Amendment rights…

…by continuing to bar him from campus and teaching.  (Earlier coverage.)  I hope he prevails.  (Kudos to F.I.R.E. for funding his legal case.)
