The Ninth Circuit will not revive a lawsuit brought by lodging owners and related entities in ski resort town Mammoth Lakes to prevent California Gov. Gavin Newsom and other government officials from enforcing COVID-19-related orders, ruling the suit was moot now that the challenged orders have been rescinded.
