ESMA and the FCA agree new MOUs on benchmarks

On 25 January 2023, the European Securities and Markets Authority and the FCA had agreed:

• A new Memorandum of Understanding regarding benchmark administrators who seek recognition or are recognised in the EU.
• A new Memorandum of Understanding concerning EU critical benchmarks.
