Former CNN head Jeff Zucker is joining forces with Paul Hastings-led Middle Eastern firm International Media Investment to launch Red Bird IMI, a sports and entertainment investment joint venture, using $1 billion in secured capital for its launch, according to a Tuesday announcement.
