A group of Coinbase users who sued the cryptocurrency company over a Dogecoin sweepstakes has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to resolve a circuit split over litigation stays during appeals of denied motions for arbitration, arguing the high court should decisively settle an issue important to “numerous” stakeholders.
