Welcome, 2022. With each new year, we tend to pause and reflect on what has been accomplished in the year prior and what we envision for the new one – new goals, better routines, changes in mindset…

So, to get things started and to not overburden and overwhelm, what 2 questions would you ask yourself that will incite some serious thoughts and aspirations for the new year.

My two questions are:

  1. What do you need to say “No” to this year to say “Yes” to your priorities and commitments?
  2. What can you do to protect time for your priorities?

To help you along, I have enlisted the help of my colleagues and fellow coaches at AMP (Associate Mentoring Plus).

Kathryn McNaughton, AMP Director of Education and Coach asks “How will you approach risk-taking this year?”

Janiene Chand, AMP Coach, wants to know “What aspect of your life would you like to prioritize this year?”

Rob DeToni, AMP Coach questions “What barriers do you need to get through to make that habit stick?”

Lora McInturf, AMP Coach, addresses your actions with “What is the bold move you know in your heart that you need to make this year?”

Karmen Masson, AMP Coach, inquires “If you could show more of your true self this year, what would that look and feel like for you?”

Erin Peters, AMP Coach considers “Taking a look around you, right where you are now, what one small thing or habit can you see that is in your power to change for yourself?”
