On 30 April 2019, there was published in the Official Journal of the EU, the European Securities and Markets Authority Decision (EU) 2019/679 of 17 April 2019 renewing the temporary restriction on the marketing, distribution or sale of contracts for differences to retail clients. The decision applies from 1 May 2019 for a period of 3 months.
