On 22 January 2019, there was published on legislation.gov.uk a draft version of the Financial Services (Gibraltar) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 together with a draft explanatory memorandum. The draft statutory instrument has now been laid before Parliament. A draft of the statutory instrument was published by HM Treasury on 24 January 2019 (our blog is here).
