On 27 September 2018, ESMA published an updated version of its Questions and Answers (Q&As) on the Implementation of the Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories (EMIR). The updated Q&As cover the following topics:
- access models (Article 2 of EMIR); and
- reporting of FX Swaps (Article 9 of EMIR).
