Latest evidence given to EU Financial Affairs Sub-Committee

The House of Lords’ EU Financial Affairs Sub-Committee has published uncorrected oral evidence given to its inquiry into financial regulation and supervision following Brexit. The evidence comes from:

  • Simon Puleston Jones, Head of Europe, FIA;
  • Daniel Maguire, Chief Executive Officer, the London Clearing House;
  • Sir John Cunliffe, Deputy Governor for Financial Stability, Bank of England; and
  • Sam Woods, Deputy Governor for Prudential Regulation and Chief Executive Officer of the PRA.

The London Metal Exchange has also provided written evidence to the House of Lords’ inquiry.
