The Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) has published a document setting out guidance on its approach to monitoring compliance with Regulation 61 and Part 8 of the Payment Services Regulations 2017. The PSR is the competent authority for these articles. Regulation 61 concerns information on ATM withdrawal charges, and Part 8 concerns access to payment systems and bank accounts.
