The FCA has published its latest Handbook Notice (No.41) in which it sets out the FCA Handbook and other material made by the FCA Board on 23 February 2017 and the changes to the rules, guidance and standard terms also made by the Financial Ombudsman Service Board on 8 February 2017.
On 23 February 2017, the FCA Board made changes to the Handbook in the following instruments:
- Fees (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No.9) Instruments 2017;
- Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook (Delayed Disclosure) Instrument 2017;
- Enforcement (Money Laundering Regulations 2007) Instrument 2017; and
- Enforcement (Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014) Instrument 2017).
