The FCA has published its latest Handbook Notice (no.38) in which it introduces the FCA Handbook and other material made by the FCA Board under its legislative powers on 3 November 2016. It also contains information about other FCA publications relating to the Handbook.
On 3 November 2016, the FCA made changes to the FCA Handbook in the following instruments:
- Handbook Administration (No. 43) Instrument 2016;
- Supervision Manual (Amendment No.22) Instrument 2016;
- Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules Sourcebook (Miscellaneous Amendments) Instrument 2016; and
- Banking: Conduct of Business Sourcebook (Disclosure by Non Ring-fenced Bodies) (Amendment) Instrument 2016.
