The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published a new set of Q&As on transparency topics under MiFID II and MiFIR. The purpose of the Q&As is to promote common supervisory approaches and practices in the application of MiFID II and MiFIR as regards transparency topics. The four Q&As relate to the implementation of the double volume cap mechanism.
