There has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union a Commission Delegated Regulation correcting the Delegated Regulation supplementing the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive with regard to ex ante contributions to resolution financing arrangements.
Among other things the amending Delegated Regulation:
- amends errors that appear in language versions of the Delegated Regulation;
- deletes the word ‘original’ that appears in article 5(1)(f) of the Delegated Regulation; and
- amends Article 20(5) of the Delegated Regulation so that it is aligned with article 8(5) of Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/81 specifying uniform conditions of application of the Regulation (EU) No 806/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to ex ante contributions to the Single Resolution Fund.
