The GC100 and Investor Group (Group) has published an updated version of its directors’ remuneration reporting guidance. The guidance relates to the disclosures required by Schedule 8 to the Large and Medium-sized Companies and Groups (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 (as amended) which came into force on 1 October 2013. The guidance was first published in September 2013. This latest second edition of the guidance reflects changes resulting from a review by the Group of experience over the 2014 to 2016 AGM seasons and feedback from companies, investors, advisers, other market participants and Government.
