The Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) has published its second Annual Report and Accounts. The Annual Report sets out the work the PSR undertook in 2015 and 2016 (its first operational year), and also reports on how it has met the aims and priorities it set out in in its 2015/16 annual plan and policy work programme.
