The Bank of England (BoE) updated its webpage on the Fair and Effective Markets Review (FEMR) to announce that the Chairs of the FEMR will provide a full implementation report to the Chancellor of the Exchequer and the Governor of the BoE in July 2016. Last year it was indicated that the implementation report would be provided by June 2016. The change is in light of the purdah period for the EU referendum, where consideration is given to rescheduling non-time sensitive publications as appropriate.
