There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ) the European Commission Delegated Regulation supplementing the Regulation on over-the-counter derivative transactions, central counterparties and trade repositories with regard to regulatory technical standards on the clearing obligation for certain credit derivative contracts. The Delegated Regulation comes into force 20 days after publication in the OJ.
