Prospectus Directive: Commission Delegated Regulation on RTS under Omnibus II Directive published in OJ

The European Commission’s delegated Regulation setting out the regulatory technical standards (RTS) under the Omnibus II Directive for approval and publication of the prospectus and dissemination of advertisements and amending the Prospectus Regulation, has been published in the Official Journal of the EU. There have been no amendments to the text since it was published by the Commission on November 2015.

The Regulation will come into force on 24 March 2016.
