The FCA has published a modification by consent relating to the contractual bail-in rules in chapter 11 of the Prudential sourcebook for Investment Firms. The modification is valid until the earlier of June 30, 2016, or when the relevant rules are amended or revoked. In November 2015 the PRA issued a modification by consent relating to its equivalent rules in the Contractual Recognition of Bail-in Part of its Rulebook.
