Delegated Regulation on RTS for countercyclical buffer disclosure under CRR

There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (the OJ) a European Commission Delegated Regulation supplementing the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) with regards to regulatory technical standards for the disclosure of information in relation to the compliance of institutions with the requirement for a countercyclical capital buffer in accordance with Article 440 of the CRR.

The Delegated Regulation comes into force 20 days after its publication in the OJ, i.e. on 9 October 2015, and applies to Member States from 1 January 2016.
