There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU a Council Regulation amending an earlier Council Regulation concerning the collection of statistical information by the European Central Bank (ECB) (the Regulation).
The Regulation amends the earlier Regulation by specifying that the ECB may use confidential statistical information for the performance of its functions under the single supervisory mechanism.
The Regulation came into force on 8 March 2015.
