By Merlin Law Group on March 5, 2015

The Rocky Mountain Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (RMAPIA) is having an educational conference approved for Colorado and Idaho CE credit (pending credit in Montana, Utah and Wyoming). It will be held at The University Club in Denver.

Our own Chip Merlin will present on “How to Win at EUO” and “HOA and Unit Owner Claims- Everything You Want to Know.” Registration is open until March 9th. See the attached flyer for more information.

Do you the differences between an Examination Under Oath (EUO) and a deposition? Must the questions be relevant to the claim? Can a public adjustor attend an EUO? What are the roles/duties of Association Managers in the claims or litigation process? Attend this seminar and find out all of the above and more.

The role of the EUO is ever-changing and Association claims are filled with pitfalls. Chip Merlin has been dealing with these issues for some time now and he imparts his knowledge to us in order to assist policyholders and their representatives to better protect their claims.

Hope to see you on March 13th. Click here to register.
