The European Central Bank (ECB) has published a glossary, (with an accompanying disclaimer), to help readers of the TARGET2-Securities (T2S) documentation understand the meaning of defined terms from a business, technical and operational point of view. The T2S is the core legal document governing the rights and obligations of the Eurosystem and Central Securities Depositaries in relation to the development and operation of T2S. T2S is expected to start operating in 2015.
