Council of the EU Presidency compromise proposal on MLD4

The Council of the EU has published its latest compromise proposal on the draft Fourth Money Laundering Directive (MLD4).

The cover note for the compromise proposal states that this is the fourth compromise proposal and that it only shows the changes made to the previous compromise proposal. Amendments are marked in underlined bold text and deletions are also indicated.
