European Parliament publishes revised text of CSDR

The European Parliament has published a revised text of the proposed Regulation on improving securities settlement in the EU and on central securities depositories and amending the Settlement Finality Directive (the CSD Regulation). The Parliament intends to vote on the CSD Regulation in its revised form during the plenary session scheduled for 14 to 17 April 2014.
