The FCA has published guides for C1, C2, C3 and C4 firms regarding its approach to supervision.
Whilst the guides do not give the step-by-step process for every aspect of supervision, they do explain the reasoning behind the FCA’s approach – what it cares about and why – so that firms can consider what this means in the context of their business.
