The FCA has published Policy development update no. 11.
The update lists those FCA publications issued since the last edition and sets out an updated timetable for forthcoming FCA publications. Forthcoming FCA publications include:
- in May 2014, a Policy Statement to Consultation Paper 13/17: Consultation on the use of dealing commission rules;
- in Q2 2014, a Policy Statement to Consultation Paper 13/5: Review of the client assets regime for investment businesses; and
- in Q1 2014, a Policy Statement to Consultation Paper 14/3: Consumer credit: further amendments to DEPP and EG.
