Council of EU publishes revised text of MCD

The Council of the EU has published the revised text of the proposed Mortgage Credit Directive (MCD). The European Parliament adopted the text of the proposed MCD at first reading in December 2013. The Council has stated that following this, it should be in a position to approve the Parliament’s position on the proposed MCD.
