  • Perhaps I’m not that creative, but I keep thinking that illegally exporting jet engines has to be more difficult than people think. I guess the arrests would lend credence to my belief.
  • $ 16.2 Billion … sneak attacks … the cover of darkness. The only thing Robert Creamer’s summary of lobbying effort against the Wall Street Reform Law is missing is a reference to Chuck Norris. That’s better.
  • Following a lot of chest thumping about its new enforcement weapon, the Bribery Act, the UK appears poised to let some air out of its own balloon.
  • How many government employees does it take … to conclude that fixed price contracts have built in financial cushions? Apparently just one.
