On April 13, 2020, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority’s “Small Business Emergency Assistance Loan Program” will go live. This program is another state response to the COVID-19 fallout. NJ landlords and property managers who are suffering or expect to suffer a reduction in rental income or other business interruption should seriously consider this program.
