CMS has advised infrastructure investment firm VisionEdgeOne on its acquisition of Spanish bike-sharing company Inurba Mobility from Sherpa Capital and Moventia Group.
This transaction marks a significant step in VisionEdgeOne’s strategy to invest in sustainable infrastructure across Europe, with a particular focus on urban mobility. The acquisition is set to support Inurba Mobility’s continued growth and expansion in the European bike-sharing sector, enabling the company to secure new concessions and enhance its sustainability efforts.
The deal involved a cross-border team of CMS lawyers, with the Spanish leg led by Corporate/M&A partner Luis Miguel de Dios (pictured), alongside associates Luis Trigueros von Korff and Itziar Martínez-Pardo. Key contributions also came from CMS partners Narinder Jugpal (UK), Thomas Hains (France), Mateusz Stepien (Poland), and Juan José Hopkins (Peru).
