Principal Denies Disability Benefits to Software Engineer with Non 24 Sleep Disorder

We discuss how we assisted a claimant that was denied long term disability benefits by Principal. We also provide some tips on what could have been done differently to prevent a Principal disability denial. This lawsuit against Principal was resolved with a confidential settlement.

What is Non 24 and how is it disabling? What could have been done to possibly avoid a denial of disability benefits? Non 24 can be argued to be a mental nervous disorder, which can limit the payment of benefits to 24 months.
