Sandra Wrightson was pleased to attend celebrations of the Coronation of King Charles III hosted by The British Ambassador, Hugh Elliott, at the magnificent Palacio de Cibeles in Madrid. Sandra attended with her guest, lawyer Edward Grant. Many representatives of the Spanish government and authorities were present enjoying British hospitality and traditional foods. Hugh Elliott gave a speech referring to the many links between the two countries. Many of those attending are recognised for their role in charities which help the British and International communities in Spain. Sandra is one of the founding members of the Foundation for the English Cemetery in Málaga and is on the Board of the Asociación Social e Intercultural – Support in Spain. Joyce Gyimah of the Adintre charity came to the event. Adintre helps homeless and vulnerable families on the coast and they always welcome volunteers.
