Longtime Lubbock workers’ compensation attorney honored for lifetime achievement

Carolyn F. Moore, a longtime Lubbock workers’ compensation attorney and hearing officer in the Texas Department of Insurance Division of Workers’ Compensation, received an award for lifetime achievement in the field from the State Bar of Texas Workers’ Compensation Section.

Section Chair Judy Ney presented the Barbed Wire Award to Moore, who previously served as chair of the Women and the Law Section, at the 13th Annual Workers’ Compensation Law Course Thursday in Austin.
