Lawsuits challenging the inaccuracy of consumer reports are the most frequent form of litigation seen under the FCRA. 2019/2020 also saw increased regulatory attention to the topic of matching, with an emphasis on specific situations that are more prone to lead to inaccuracy claims. This presentation will focus on compliance tips for difficult matching questions.
