Samantha Lopez’s practice includes the defense of employers and insurance carriers for claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and War Hazards Compensation Act.
Samantha began her career at the Louisiana Center for Children’s Rights as a defense attorney representing youth in Orleans Parish where she advocated for their rights through the juvenile justice system. Prior to joining Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett, she practiced civil litigation at a New Orleans defense firm, where she refined her skills in litigation strategy, high-volume case management, and client service.
