Among those leaving were many senior people with many years of experience at the agency.
I’m sure the MAGA crowd is applauding, but this is really bad for the tax system, and in turn, like so many of their agenda items, really bad for the country. Down go tax revenues, down goes taxpayer assistance, up goes fraud, up goes the deficit. Only billionaires, crooks, or both will benefit. The regular person’s money will continue to go to the IRS before the taxpayer even sees it.
Owning the libs is going to come at a steep cost to future generations of Americans, of all political stripes. Putin and Xi couldn’t have done it better.
