In 2026, Dykema advised Electreon (TASE: ELWS), a global leader in dynamic wireless EV charging, in its acquisition of InductEV, a U.S. provider of ultra-fast wireless charging solutions for heavy-duty transit and freight vehicles. The transaction reflects continued investment in technologies advancing electrification and next-generation mobility infrastructure.
