Craig Stocker has an extensive history defending liability claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, War Hazards Compensation Act, and other general maritime matters. Craig has successfully adjudicated numerous cases before the Office of Administrative Law Judges, as well as various appeals before the Benefits Review Board and Circuit Court of Appeals.
Craig also has experience defending general liability matters, premises liability, and first- and third-party auto liability claims. Selected as a Texas Rising Star lawyer by Thomson Reuters every year since 2017, he has garnered acclaim as an outstanding performer in his field. More >
Karina Neira Beique, associate
Karina Neira Beique’s practice focuses on the defense of employers and insurance carriers for claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and War Hazards Compensation Act.

Shelby L. Robletto, associate
