Three Troutman Attorneys to Serve on FDLI Committees for 2026

By Bryan Haynes, Agustin Rodriguez & Michael Jordan on January 21, 2026

Troutman Pepper Locke is once again well represented on the Food and Drug Law Institute’s (FDLI) committees for 2026, underscoring the firm’s continued leadership on issues affecting FDA‑regulated industries, including tobacco and nicotine.

For 2026, three Troutman Pepper Locke attorneys are serving on key FDLI committees and one task force:

  • Bryan Haynes has been appointed to the FDLI Tobacco and Nicotine Programs Committee, which helps guide FDLI’s programming and thought leadership on tobacco and nicotine regulatory and policy issues.
  • Agustin Rodriguez is serving on the Enforcement, Litigation, and Compliance Conference Planning Committee, contributing to the development of content focused on FDA enforcement trends and compliance best practices. Agustin is also serving on FDLI’s Cannabis-Derived Products Task Force, which supports FDLI staff in developing programming in this space.
  • Michael Jordan is serving on the New to FDA Law and Regulation Planning Committee, helping shape programming aimed at practitioners and stakeholders who are newer to the FDA regulatory landscape.

These appointments reflect Troutman Pepper Locke’s depth of experience in FDA and tobacco- and cannabis-related matters and our ongoing commitment to helping clients navigate this increasingly complex and evolving regulatory environment.
