SEC Adopts Conflict of Interest Rule for Asset-Backed Securities

By Stuart M. Litwin, Christopher Horn & Michelle Stasny on December 21, 2023

The authors of our recent Legal Update provide an overview of the SEC’s recently adopted rule, which prohibits conflicts of interest in certain securitizations as required under the Dodd-Frank Act. Please join Mayer Brown lawyers Stuart Litwin, Christopher Horn and Michelle Stasny as they discuss the recently adopted rule.
