About the Vacancy
The firm is looking for a Senior Associate with 4-6 years of PQE in IP prosecution/opposition and enforcement.
Qualifications and Skills
- The ideal candidate should have had experience at a law firm with extensive experience in advising and acting for, clients on all aspects of trademark law, including oppositions, cancellations, online take-downs, domain name disputes, settlement negotiations, strategizing and advising on appropriate enforcement actions, etc.
- Experience with copyright and design prosecution would be a plus. The candidate should have excellent drafting and analytical skills and the ability to supervise a team of associates, and juggle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
