Ramón y Cajal Abogados has advised Forestalia on the financing of the construction of the 24 MW “El Coto” wind farm, located in Zaragoza, for €24m.
The transaction has been structured through a purchase agreement (PPA) signed with LM Wind Power, for a period of 12 years.
The team from Ramón y Cajal advising Forestalia was formed by the partner, Javier Menchén Calvo (pictured) together with the lawyers, Saúl Dávila Ávila and María Heredero Vidal.
