  • Based out of Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, West Coast Trial Lawyers is your go-to firm for personal injury matters. They’ve taken to blogging to share their expertise on topics such as LA’s Slow Streets Program, traffic collisions, transit, and more.
  • The first of its kind, eDiscovery Assistant is an ediscovery case law database and resource center designed for lawyers by lawyers. Their blog offers an assortment of relevant, legal information—highlighting a case each week as well as providing updates to rules and laws.
  • Estate planning affects us all at one point or another, and Liza Hanks of GCA Law Partners is more than qualified to speak on the topic. She’s been writing on it for 20 years and shares valuable insights on inheriting money, leaving assets behind, and more at Life/Death/Law.
  • Being such a large state, California has a complicated legal jurisdiction, and Eugene Lee tackles the labor and employment sector from an employee standpoint. California Labor and Employment Law is where he writes on timely matters including independent contractors, holiday pay, and meal and rest break laws.
  • Injured in a work or personal accident? Steven Sweat of Personal Injury Lawyers, APC not only provides quality legal representation—he shares legal expertise on product liability, accidents, wrongful death claims, and more on California Accident Attorneys Blog.
  • Another high-quality publication joining us from the sunshine state is California Construction Law Blog. The trio of attorneys over at Nomos recognize the importance of construction law and regularly write on building codes, licensing, and the ADA among other topics.
  • The team over at Kantor & Kantor writes on insurance-related topics on the California Insurance Lawyer Blog. They provide legal commentary and analyses on mental health, life and health insurance, ERISA, COVID-19, and more.
  • Identity theft is something no one wants—or really expects—to experience, but it does happen and Joseph P. McClelland is one such firm with resources to help you out. McClelland writes on everything from identity theft to fraud alerts and credit freezes to robocalls on his blog.
  • Based out of the lone star state, Martens, Todd, Leonard, & Ahlrich practices tax law. Their aptly named publication, Texas Tax Law Blog, covers issues such as tax refunds, trials, audits, administrative hearings, appeals, and trials.
  • Boutique law firm, Castle Law serves clients in employment law related matters. Timothy Del Castillo writes on California Employment Law Blog, focusing on topics such as discrimination, leave laws, #MeToo, among others.
  • Joining us from New York, Springer Law caters to entrepreneurs and creative professionals. Their law blog does the same, sharing legal expertise for startups and providing information on entertainment law.
  • North Carolina’s Petronella Technology Group joins our community with a couple of different avenues of content. They add their blog—which touches on cybersecurity and digital forensic matters—as well as Craig Petronella’s content from the Attorney at Law Magazine.
