Stillwell Madison Agrees to Arbitration with Thomas Girardi

Arizona-based law firm funder Stillwell Madison has agreed to arbitrate with famed attorney Thomas Girardi over his alleged failure to repay a $3,454,804 loan issued by Stillwell. Last month, a District Court of Arizona ruled that Girardi could not compel arbitration on technical grounds, however Stillwell has opted to arbitrate anyway.
